Impact course structure

FD Impact operates differently to the other courses in the program, with an emphasis on a student-led experience. This manifests as a two-tier structure.

The foundation tier is a self-paced curriculum to cover the extensive process of change and organisational transformation (see downloadable guide at right). Note: you are not expected to become an expert in change management or impact assessment through this course. The material here is to give you an overview and reference points to access.

The second tier is focussed on the teaching cases presented here. Teaching cases are open narratives, based on industry experience, which prompt deeper discourse around what human centred design could bring to this process.

Select one of the cases, based on your own interests or sector (corporate, government or NFP). Use this as an opportunity to research the field represented in the case, as well as the new thinking in aspects of the change process.

We are looking to innovate the process of change, evaluation and impact.

Downloadable file of the Guide will be posted next week
